    1. You can contact our support directly and describe what you are looking for, and our skilled designer will provide you with a design according to your needs. However, if you have reference images or a design, it will be helpful for the designers to recreate from them.
  5. What other guidelines should I be aware of before designing my own patch?
    1. We recommend any patches include letters; the letters should be at least 1/4 height’’ as 14 points in the standard font size.
  6. What is the ideal size of a custom patch?
    1. The most common size of a custom patch is between 2 to 3 inches for most patches. Keep in mind this is only a suggestion, and you don’t have to follow any size requirements.
  7. What is the largest size you can produce?
    1. The largest size we can make is up to 10″ weight or height. However, most consumers use patches between the size of 2″ to 5″. Any designs larger than 5″ please contact our support team. We will help you place an order manually.

    1. The most common shapes are squares, circles, rectangles, and ovals.
  1. How long does my order take to deliver to me?
    1. On most orders, the turnaround time is 12 to 14 business days from the day you approved the proof. If you need them by a faster time, please be sure to let us know.
  2. What is the minimum quantity I can order?
    1. The minimum quantity you can order is 50 pieces. Any order less than 50 pcs will be charged the same price as 50 pcs. However, there is considerable saving if you order a higher quantity.
  3. What if I found somewhere that patches are cheaper than us?
    1. We will gladly offer you a 20% discount on your next order.
  4. What if I do not like the patches I receive?
    1. Before all orders go into mass production, we will send a proof to our customers for approval before proceeding with mass production. This stage will make sure the patches you receive are the same as you have imagined.
  5. If I receive any defective patches, what should I do?
    1. If you receive any factory-related defective patches, please inform us within 14 days from the day you received your order. We will replace the defective patches for free.
  6. I already have an existing patch that was made by another company. Can you recreate or duplicate it?
    1. Yes. You can email us or send it through the mail, and we can duplicate it.
